The construction of the world's largest cruise ship, Icon of the Seas, has been successfully completed at a shipyard in Finland. The mammoth vessel, measuring a staggering 365 meters in length and weighing an estimated 250,800 tonnes, recently embarked on its maiden voyage for sea trials.
AlreadyScheduled for delivery in October this year, the Royal Caribbean International's Icon of the Seas will offer an unparalleled experience to its 5,610 passengers and 2,350 crew members. Notably, the ship's standout feature will be the world's largest waterpark at sea, called Category 6, boasting six record-breaking water slides alongside seven pools and nine whirlpools.
