The promise became a reality on 26th may, unfortunately it was criticized by Nigerians who digged up information about the aircraft that flew into Nigeria and tagged it "2nd hand tokunbo"....
Information gotten about the aircraft revealed that the aircraft is a Boeing max, with registration number (ET-APL mode S Q4005C), serial number (40975/4075).
The aircraft is ten (10) years and eight months old, it's first flight was on 22nd June 2012 as Ethiopia airline aircraft, then it became Malawi airline on 16th February 2014, later it was leased back to Ethiopia airline in 2015 and on 26th may 2023 it became Nigeria airline aircraft.
