A trailer which was carrying empty crates of beer skidded off the road at the MCC axis of the ENUGU/ONITSHA express way and crashed into the gutter injuring many.
The conductor of the heavy duty vehicle with registration number XX 971 ENU was said to be signalling other road users to make way for the trailer before it finally crashed into the drainage.
The injured victims including a lady and three men has since been taken to St Charles hospital Borromew for treatment.
