Prominent Nigerians including politicians and musicians alike takes to social media to condemn and slam the killing and and killer of Kolede Johnson who was shot dead by a SARS operative in Lagos on Sunday while watching a football match between Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
Shehu Sani, senator representing Kaduna Central took to his twitter page to condemn the killing and tagged it ”Trigger and Tragedy” and urged that the perpetrators must be brought to book.
Reno Omokiri, former spokesman to former President Goodluck Jonathan also condemned the act of the SARS officer and urged that he be held responsible for his act but spoke against ending SARS.
Burna boy and Wizkid amongst other celebrities has also spoken up and condemned the trigger hungry SARS operatives while sending condolence messages to the family of the deceased. See Burna boy’s post on instagram below
